An embroidered design says a lot about your brand. We have done embroidery for:
When they want to stand out with their designs.
When they want to create an image that everyone will recognize.
When they want to take their designs to the next dimension with our 3D Puff Embroidery.
When they are ready to start the next big thing with a new look and phrase.
When they want to lead by example and need a design to convey the message.
When they want to say what they want, because they can.
Custom embroidery is not only our specialty, but also one of the top methods of logo apparel decoration. Our artwork digitizers have over 30 years of experience and have successfully designed quality embroidered garments all over New York City and Long Island. We also have a variety of in-house embroidery machines that can handle even the most complex of designs. That’s right. Our custom embroidery is 100% made in the USA. Embroidery can be used to embellish baseball hats, polos, sweatshirts, tees, pants, towels, backpacks, and canvas totes. An embroidered logo can pop out on several different textures and materials unlike screen printing. Cotton, linen, silk, wool, and polar fleece are among only a handful of the textures that can be used for embroidery. Finally our custom embroidery is extraordinarily durable. Odds are, the shirt will wear out before the embroidery does.
Embroidery is the craft of decorating fabric with a needle and thread. We use computerized embroidery machines that read digitized designs that are carefully crafted by our artwork digitizers. This method is a digital technique that develops a flat image design into an embroidery program. This program then commands our embroidery machines to stitch each piece of artwork in a unique pattern individually designed by our digitizers. Flat or straight stitch embroidery is a classic style of simple embroidery where each individual stitch is made without crossing or looping the thread. These stitches are often used to form broken or unbroken lines, fill shapes, and create flat, geometric designs.
